The defendant entered an Alford*fn1 plea of guilty pursuant to a plea agreement to a charge of burglary. The plea was entered while the defendant was on probation on another charge. He was sentenced to the presumptive term of five years and ordered to pay $500 in restitution and $150 as reimbursement to Maricopa County for legal services provided. On appeal defendant contends that the trial court: (1) incorrectly characterized his sentence as a "flat sentence," and (2) erred in ordering him to pay reimbursement to the county.
